If you are like me, you are itching to get outside. The air is cool and clean from the recent rain and the wildflowers are blooming–perfect weather for a hike! But for unfortunate circumstances we have to remain house bound. These past few weeks I’ve done a lot of self reflection. How can I take this time to improve my own health and wellness from home instead of outside in the mountains?
BabbleBoxx was kind enough to send me an influencer kit filled with awesome products geared for maintaining health and wellness this spring. Check out my product reviews below and tell me how you are staying fit from home this spring!
I started running again in an effort to stay fit and lose the baby weight. I listen to music to keep me on the move but the cord on my ear buds often gets tangled or caught on my clothes. My small ears also start to ache after using earbuds and headphones. I was super excited to try out these AfterShokz Aeropex Headphones. They are bluetooth headphones with bone conduction technology, nothing inside or over your ears! They deliver superior sound, are lightweight and comfortable! I definitely enjoy using these for a run around the neighborhood and while listening to an audiobook around the house.
Just as their name states, these socks are no nonsense! These compression socks are made of breathable fabric, offer arch support, and are perfect for any outdoor activity. No Nonsense socks are made in the USA and available at your local Rite Aid.
I use the Suunto 7 Smartwatch to track my daily exercise. It’s a versatile watch that is a combination of sport and style. With an easy to use interface, it has GPS, a wrist heart rate sensor, and tracks over 70 sports activities. The Suunto 7 also has access to offline outdoor maps and unique heatmaps that show how populated an area is. It’s also a great everyday companion. You can easily view incoming calls and messages, make secure purchases with Google Pay, and get some extra help with Google Assistant.
Even though I’m staying close to home these days I still spend lots of time outdoors in my backyard soaking up that vitamin D. I make an effort to protect my skin so I was pretty excited to try out Vichy LiftActiv Peptide-C Sunscreen. Its’ an anti-aging daily moisturizer with broad spectrum SPF 30 UVA/UVB protection. As a bonus it contains skin brightening Vitamin C as well as Mineral-Rich Vichy Volcanic Water. It easily absorbs into my skin and moisturizes my skin without feeling greasy. It easily fits into the front pocket of my pack!

Along with running, I started intermittent fasting to lose the extra baby weight. I only eat between the hours of 12pm-8pm. I try to be mindful of the calories I consume, eating a mix of protein and veggies–lots of salads! Healthy Choice Power Dressings are only 45 calories per serving and are a delicious addition to any salad.
